Add a certified EOS Implementer to your Arrows Up retreat for a half-day, full-day, or two-day deep-dive facilitation session. From Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO) buildout and rocks-setting to accountability chart design, scorecard creation, and Level 10 meeting training — this is organizational alignment done properly, in a setting that makes the work feel as significant as it actually is.
